Terms of participation in the Informativa

1. GENERAL STIPULATIONS

The present eApplication is at the same time a legally binding and irrevocable contract concluded between the Organizer and the Participants for the event Informativa (hereinafter the event). The Participant in the event fills it in and submits it within the specified application deadline. The registration with reservations will not be considered by the organizer. The prices applicable to the event and stated in the eApplication are in Euros and do not include VAT. By submitting this eApplication, the Participant guarantees the accuracy of the data and irrevocably and exclusively recognizes and accepts these terms of participation as the content of this contract/application. The Organizer reserves the right to reject applications received after the application deadline.

2. USE OF DATA

The Participant allows the Organizer to process the data submitted with this eApplication for the needs of the event. The Organizer keeps and protects the data of the Participant in accordance with the valid laws and regulations. Invoices and all other documentation regarding the participation of the Participant in the event are stored with the Organizer. The Organizer can use publicly available data of the Participant (like the official title of the organization, sphere of activity, form of participation in the event etc.) for:

• Doing business with the Participant;
• Sending offers and promotional messages in connection with the event to the Participant by post, e-mail or through telephone;
• Informing the Participant about and advertising the event before, during, and after the event;
• Statistical processing of data;
• Creating and updating databases of the Organizer.

3. ALLOCATION OF A VIRTUAL EXHIBITION SPACE

Slovenian and foreign exhibitors whose exhibition products or services correspond to the theme of the event can present themselves at the event. Exhibitors do not have the right to pre-select a specific location in the virtual platform, regardless of the preferences stated in the application form. Participants who rent larger packages have priority in the spatial or temporal allocation of the promotion.

4. CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION FORM AND CONTRACT

If the Participant cancels this eApplication they are obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
• 40 % of the price of the package of collaboration in case of cancelling this eApplication more than 30 days prior to the opening of the event;
• 100 % of the price of the package of collaboration in case of cancelling the eApplication less than 30 days prior to the opening of the event.
If the Exhibitor does not take part in the event for whatever reason despite their application and registration, the Organizer can allocate their virtual exhibition space to another user. In any case, the Exhibitor is solely responsible for the whole rental of the virtual exhibition space.

5. PAYMENT
The Participant undertakes to pay the participation in the event (the exhibition stand, registration fee and other forms ofpromotion) at the prices stipulated and stated in the eApplication Form. The taxes are to be paid by the Participant. The organizer undertakes to issue invoices and pro forma invoices in accordance with the positive legislation.
In case the payment term is exceeded, the Organizer may charge the legal penalty interests.The Participant can object to the invoice only in written form and within 8 days after its receipt. If the Participant objects only to one part of the invoice, they are obliged to settle the undisputed part of the invoice within due date and in the way provided in the Application Form.

6. CANCELLATION OF GRANTED EXHIBITION SPACE
The Organizer has a right to reject or to annul the issued confirmation of the eApplication in the following cases:
• If during the time of application the Participant is in composition, bankruptcy, or liquidation proceedings.
• If the Participant is in debts to the Organizer that arise from the previous exhibitions (referring to all events in the domain of Proevent d. o. o., former GR Inženiring d. o. o.).
• If the objects and services which are to be exhibited at the event do not suit the topic of the event.
• If the Participant fails to supply the documents required by the Organizer (under 12).

7. TIME AND PLACE OF THE EVENT
If the event has to be shifted, if its duration has to be shortened or extended, the Participants do not have a right neither to cancel their participation nor to claim indemnity. If the event cannot be performed for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer (force majeure, strike, etc.), the Organizer may require the Participant to pay to 25 % of the price of his package of collaboration. However, the Organizer is not entitled to such a right, if he himself is responsible for the failure of the event.

8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The Organizer undertakes to provide IT support for the event or. platform.
100% reliability of platform availability is technically never possible. Problems beyond the control of the Organizer (eg disruptions in telecommunications networks, power outages, etc.) and errors in software and hardware in the infrastructure of the Organizer or user may lead to short-term disruptions in the availability of the platform or its individual parts. The Organizer offers exclusively a web / virtual event.

9. PRESENTATIONS
The Exhibitor must inform in writing and submit the exact programme of presentations at the exhibition space to the Organizer for prior confirmation and coordination no later than eight days before the event.

10. STORAGE OF E-MATERIALS
Audio-visual materials are stored in the digital archive of the Organizer for up to 5 years from the acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

11. JURISDICTION

The Organizer and the Participant undertake to settle all eventual disputes in an amicable way. If a dispute cannot be settled in this way, the contractual parties agree to confer jurisdiction to the Court in Ljubljana.
