All prices listed in the e-Aplication are exclusive of 22% VAT, which is covered by the individual customer. 
unless otherwise specified, all prices are valid for the entire duration of the event and not for single day.

All organizations participating in the exhibition space must pay a mandatory ecological fee of 2 EUR/m2 and a mandatory registration fee of 180 EUR per individual exhibitor (i.e. an organization and not an individual). The mandatory registration fee includes the publication of the exhibitor on the website Internet access. 
Additional equipment and services that are not included in the basic offer of the exhibition space (electricity, internet, additional lighting , etc.) can be ordered for a fee using the form that is avaible here.

Final deadline: 150 EUR/sq m
The typical equipped exhibition space contains a floor covering, perimeter walls, 2 shelves, a table, two chairs, a counter, standard fascia board and a trash can.

The smallest exhibition space you can rent is 9 sq m.

1B UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION SPACE
Early bird registration until 20th October: 90 EUR/ sq m
Final deadline: 125 EUR/ sq m
An unequipped stand is completely empty (without perimeter walls, furniture and exhibitor's type sign). All additional equipment can be rented for additional fee via this form HERE.

The smallest exhibition space you can rent is 9 sq m. 

1C JOINT USE OF EXHIBITION SPACE
Co-Exhibitors price: 312 EUR/co-exhibitor
1D PROMOTION COUNTER
Early bird registration until October 20th: 500 EUR
Deadline registration: 600 EUR
The promotional counter is a 4 sq m exhibition space and contains: perimeter walls, promotional counter, bar stool, standard fascia board and trash can.
